- No transparency, they have recently fired 10 employees.
- Only short term projects and you are shunted from one project to another. In a months, a employee works on at least 2-3 different projects
- Too long working hours and inexperienced on site support.
- No dignity, recently the President of company equated "4 offshore guys are as good as 1 on site guy"
- Very very shabby infrastructure
- The CEO (brother-in-law of president of company) is a no show, he only takes care of furniture and his only aim is reduce the electricity bill
- The quality of projects fluctuates often, you can be forced to work on a DTP job one week, and on reporting next week. They pick up anything to everything from market, mostly the junk that others don't want to touch
Recommendation for a new candidates : Never ever join minecode

Here is the truth from an Insider. Minecode is an upcoming business and has it's own set of challenges. The nature of projects are typically short term, ranging between 6 weeks - 6 months. These are not multi million dollar projects. However people with right attitude have grown immensely. Most of the onsite stars have been discovered from Minecode India and they have grown tremendously and I would say we retain most of our US employees inspite of staying 100 feet away from Microsoft. If you keep asking what will the company do for me, perhaps you are one of those people with the servant attitude. Unfortunately that is the dynamics of the Indian Market. But with time, Indian market will change and people will such attitude will not find a job.

I think a person who work in any organization he should be loyal for the company as well as their work because work is worship for everyone.
If you have fired by the company , it means something you have done wrong, you have to think and you have to find out the solution why you are out from the company.
If You are able to make it in right direction the it will be more benifitial for you.

Balaji.... We have worked under you and we know how you became a "director" and what US employees are you talking about. Minecode US politics have literally reduced the strength to hardly 15 employees driving away all the good talent. Sandeep is technically and personally much superior than you but his loyalty to the company cost him alot. We all are praying for him and hopes he gets out of this fast and with flying colours.
If anybody in US is still staying with Minecode that is because they either dont have a choice or Talent

I know the ceo PK for last 12 years..since TCS days..He was not a IT guy to begin with..He does not know IT..He came to us firdt time in 2000 with false resume..worked for few months and then again became jobless in 2001 recession. Rest of the people who came with him got other oppertunities..He did not get any as he did not know IT. He started a company called syntrgral.net so that he can stay in US for some more time...Later he changed the name to minecode..He is a nice person but doesnot have the necessary IT or Management experience.. I think he was a librarian in TCS Gurgaon office before moving to US with false resume..
I must concur. Minecode is a joke.
Lacking any professionalism, competent developers or direction from the top. During the year that I worked there the company changed direction or focus probably 3 different times, let go their entire sales team and told their programmers and designers to start "selling".
Then asked us all to give up a list of all of our professional contacts. I wouldn't trust minecode to talk to any of my contacts to solicit work from them, as I know from experience the project will be poorly organized, not be executed well, have numerous problems and in the end reflect poorly on me. Bottom line, stay away from minecode unless your desperate, and if you do take the job, start looking for another as soon as you begin cause your time there will be short.
Where are the PRO-Minecode ppl now? Oh yeah, they have moved to Minebrain and have been asked to keep quiet, Minecode has screwed manier careers and there have been guys who worked for PK who are responsible. PK and his ball Sidh are idiots but those who were smart under them gave false promises screwed a lot of people's career.

Well, recently I went for an interview in their guraon branch, on phone I talked to HR Suman and she said she is calling from minebrain but when I went to their office, I saw minecode written in office premises.

I have worked with this cold hearten and Fraud man earlier. He's a bug whose nature is to suck others money. A liar, a con artist and a man who knows how to make company, advertise it and sell it. Divesni inc and Azimetry are his two companies. PK samal has 10-12 people mot of them are his relatives or his loyal dogs who can lie like him anytime. They are bunch of Indians who have bad reputation in the market. even after he was found guilty for vandalizing clients database and penalized by court, he again willfully moved his assets to India and filed Bankruptcy. Several Americans and His Loyal Indian employees were left with unpaid wages and they filed lawsuit against him. I have not been paid for a 5-day training that I did for Azimetry/Divensi in their Bellevue, WA office in May'2017. I would be very careful dealing with PK Samal. He is a person who seems to not to be an honest man. I would think his conviction in 2009 would have changed him to be a better person. As the government wrote about PK at his sentencing: ......who lacks a strong moral foundation.
